Happy Friday ya’ll! How is November coming to and end? This month has been flying by and I am in disbelief that the stores are stocked with Christmas decorations. This is my favorite time of the year because it is so magical. I wish time would slow down some so I can enjoy it more. The countdown to Thanksgiving has begun ya’ll!
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays (My name is Mary-June and I am a Pumpkin Addict)! What’s not to love about Thanksgiving– there’s football.. more football, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Shopping, and the Food. Let’s face it, we all LOVE the food! With any holiday, it can be one of the most stressful especially if your traveling or if you are in charge of the food. Between the pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce and turkey, something is bound to go wrong in the kitchen.
Here are some tips if your traveling with little ones:
- Pack one small bag that contains clothes for the next day, an extra change of clothes (for spills), PJs, a toothbrush, diapers, etc.
- Take your toddler’s blanket and pillow if there’s room. This is extra important if your road trip includes an overnight stay.
- Bring on the snacks.
